NOTE: UASC Tryzub’s desire to keep everybody safe and healthy led to the continued maintenance of a HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY FOR VENDORS . Vendors are also obligated to comply with the festival’s general HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY (RULES) . Note also that the application contains several provisions that we ask that you to review in some detail; they, as was the case last year, must be signed by you and all personnel that manage or staff your vendor position.
